Program details

Internal purpose

Internal Proposal Chat Alerts sends the business owner an SMS alert when a website visitor engages the proposal chat widget. The sole recipient is the business owner; this is not a customer-facing or promotional messaging program.

Affirmative opt-in

The business owner opts in by entering their own mobile number in the secure notification configuration and saving that number for proposal-chat alerts. Saving the number is the affirmative consent action. The destination number is deliberately not published on this public page.

Control and support

The business owner may remove the alert number from the secure notification configuration at any time, or reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and is triggered by visitor activity in the proposal chat widget. Message and data rates may apply.

The alert stays short. The details stay in the transcript.

The SMS is an internal heads-up only. It does not market to prospects and does not expose chat content in a text message.
