Program name: Internal Proposal Chat Alerts

Description: This program sends the business owner an SMS alert when a website visitor engages the proposal chat widget on thesearchsource.com. The sole recipient is the business owner — this is not a customer-facing messaging program.

Opt-in: The business owner opts in by entering his own mobile number into the phone number field in his account settings within the notification application. Submitting the number is the affirmative consent action.

Opt-out: The business owner may remove his number from that settings field at any time, or reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Message frequency: Varies, triggered by visitor activity on the proposal chat widget.
